Ziplist vs. Exposio
Ziplist and Exposio both let you shoot a listing on your iPhone instead of hiring a photographer, and both cost about $40 for a full listing of photos. The difference is what comes back: Exposio is a camera app you pay per photo, and Ziplist delivers a finished, professionally edited listing.
The short version
- Pick Ziplist if you want a finished listing handed back: up to 40 professionally edited, MLS-ready photos for $39, with optional unlimited staging and twilight and a listing video, delivered in under 60 minutes.
- Pick Exposio if you want to pay per photo, shoot only a handful of photos a month, or use a Canon camera kit instead of your phone.

Where Exposio is the better fit
If you only need a few photos at a time, paying per photo is hard to beat. Exposio also sells kits that pair the app with a Canon camera, so if you'd rather shoot on a dedicated camera, it supports that. It has been around since 2017 and works in English, French, and Spanish.
Where Ziplist is the better fit
Ziplist is built for agents who want the whole listing done in one pass. The app guides every shot, with a level that turns green when the phone is straight, and the photos come back professionally edited, not just merged. Staging, declutter, and twilight are one flat add-on instead of per-photo charges, and the video and reels come from the same shoot. You don't manage credits or a subscription: one listing, one price.
