Real estate photography in Phoenix, done on your iPhone

Ziplist is made in Phoenix, Arizona. Valley agents use it to shoot their own listings in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, and get professionally edited photos back in under 60 minutes.

Shooting in the Arizona sun

Midday Arizona sun is harsh: hard shadows outside and bright windows inside. When you can, shoot exteriors in the morning or late afternoon. Inside, turn every light on and open the blinds. Professional editing balances the bright windows so rooms don't look dark.

Twilight photos without the late night

Desert homes look great at dusk, but scheduling a twilight shoot means another trip. With Ziplist's twilight add-on, your daytime front photo becomes a golden-hour shot. Unlimited twilight, staging, and declutter is $24 a listing.

ARMLS rules for edited photos

Since May 28, 2026, ARMLS requires digitally altered photos, including virtual staging, to carry a "Digitally Altered" watermark, with the original photo uploaded right before or after it. Read the ARMLS photo rules explained.

What it costs

Photos are $39 a listing, up to 40 finished photos, sized for the MLS, with a website for the listing. A typical Valley photographer charges well over that, and usually needs a few days' notice.

Shoot your next listing on your iPhone

Guided capture, professional editing, and MLS-ready photos in under 60 minutes. $39 a listing.
